Sheffield Wednesday are in action against Sunderland on the final day of the 2023/24 Championship season.
Saturday sees all 24 Championship teams in action.
Ipswich Town will try and cement 2nd place when they host Huddersfield Town, who will be relegated if they don't win.
Elsewhere at the bottom, Birmingham City need at least a point to stand a chance of staying up.
They're in 22nd and on 47 points ahead of their home game vs Norwich City, whilst Plymouth Argyle are in 21st and on 48 points, with the Green Army hosting Hull City.
Sheffield Wednesday meanwhile are sitting pretty in 20th and on 50 points now after a 3-0 win over West Brom last time out.
Danny Rohl takes his side to Sunderland and if Birmingham City lose, the Owls stay up, though Wednesday can secure their own safety with a point at the Stadium of Light.
Clinton Morrison gives shock Birmingham City vs Norwich City prediction And speaking via Mirror ahead of the final day of the season, former Sheffield Wednesday striker and now Sky Sports pundit Clinton Morrison had plenty of praise for Rohl.
Morrison though also predicted that Birmingham City would pull off an unexpected and much-needed win against Norwich City on the final day.
That would mean Sheffield Wednesday have to take at least a point at Sunderland to stay up.
"There has been a lot of chopping and changing at the football club. I was surprised Eustace was let go but they wanted to go down a different route, Wayne Rooney did well at Derby before.
"I make them favourites because Norwich are already in the play-offs - I expect them to win, I'm confident, I know a lot of Birmingham fans are not but I am."
And ahead of the trip to Sunderland he'll be repeating one message over and over, and that's that the season and the task at hand is far from over.
Rohl has constantly spoken about the team achieving their goals this season.
And now, they're so close to achieving that goal of staying up; Sunderland are bang out of form and Sheffield Wednesday have won their last two, so if the Owls can put in one last good performance of the season, then they'll be safe.
Birmingham City will give their all at Norwich City.
Like Morrison says, Blues could win, though it'll need a huge effort against a Norwich City sitting in 5th and still needing a point themselves to confirm their play-off finish.
Both the Birmingham City and Sheffield Wednesday games kick off at 12:30pm on Saturday.
