Tottenham's loan group has seen some additions and departures this week
Ashley Phillips and Josh Keeley have been sent out on loan, while Matthew Craig is set to join Doncaster Rovers until the end of the season
Dane Scarlett, Sergio Reguilon, and Djed Spence have returned to Tottenham from their respective loans
Tottenham's loan group has undergone some changes this week. Ashley Phillips and Josh Keeley have both been sent out on loan to Plymouth Argyle and Barnet respectively. Meanwhile, Matthew Craig is set to join League Two side Doncaster Rovers until the end of the season.
The club also saw three players return from their loans Dane Scarlett from Ipswich, Sergio Reguilon from Manchester United, and Djed Spence from Leeds United. It is likely that Ange Postecoglou will send Reguilon back out on another loan or a permanent transfer as well as looking for options for Scarlett who cannot play for a third side this season.
Spurs are also considering sending Djed Spence back out after he unexpectedly returned following an unsuccessful spell at Leeds United where manager Daniel Farke expressed disappointment in his professionalism.
Meanwhile,Troy Parrott (Excelsior Rotterdam)and Japhet Tanganga(Augsburg) are currently enjoying winter breaks but could potentially be recalled due to squad size issues with Augsburg.
In terms of other Spurs' loanees:
Tanguy Ndombele had a good performance playing 92 minutes in Galatasaray's win against Konyaspor in Turkey.
Joe Rodon received praise once again after returning with Leeds United.
Alfie Devine continues getting full game time at Port Vale despite busy schedule over festive period showing great energy levels.
Josh Keeley made his senior debut in goal for Barnet during which they lost 32 at Altrincham in National League.
These developments suggest that there may still be more movement within Tottenham's loan group before the January transfer window closes.
