Transfer News: Tottenham Hotspur's Richarlison wanted by Saudi Pro League clubs Tottenham Hotspur superstar Richarlison is apparently on the radar of Saudi Pro League clubs.

A report from the Telegraph (Subscription Required) mentions that both Manchester United's Jadon Sancho and Spurs' Richarlison could be targeted by SPL teams in the January transfer window. Al-Ittihad apparently showed interest in Richy in the summer transfer window.

We signed the Brazil international for a mammoth PS60million fee from Everton in the summer of 2022. But has failed to impress since then, scoring just five times in 46 games across competitions since then.

Richy to SPL? After Harry Kane's transfer to Bayern Munich, many thought that Richarlison would be the club's new No. 9. But Son Heung-min has assumed that role, and the South Korean superstar is also the club's skipper.

Dejan Kulusevski, meanwhile, is another irreplaceable player in the starting XI. So, Spurs can live without Richarlison but they must sell him only if the offer is very good and we recover a big part of what we paid to the Toffees.

And, it goes without saying, that Spurs should ensure that they have a new signing lined up if the former Watford and Everton star leaves the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the winter transfer window. He signed last year, so his contract at Spurs is still a long-term one, of course.

More Tottenham Hotspur News It seems like a time where we can start to accept that Richarlison was a signing that has underwhelmed hugely, and that losing him won't be the end of the world if we get good money to sign a player who can perform better on a consistent basis.
