West Ham are reportedly prepared to allow young striker Divin Mubama to depart the club on a free transfer when his current contract expires this summer. The highly soughtafter 19yearold was subject of interest from several clubs during the January transfer window including Sunderland, West Brom, and Premier League side Everton.

Mubama has struggled for game time this season, making only five appearances in the Premier League. Despite coming through West Ham's academy system and playing for their first team on eighteen occasions, it seems that he does not feature in their future plans.

A recent report by Football Insider indicates that talks over Mubama's future have taken place between him and the club management. Unfortunately for the talented youngster, no offer of a new contract is expected from The Hammers.

The news comes amidst speculation surrounding David Moyes' tenure as head coach at West Ham. It is reported that Moyes will also be leaving when his own contract expires at the end of this season.

Sunderland signed four strikers last summer but none have made significant contributions in Championship matches. As they prepare for the upcoming season, Sunderland will be actively seeking to strengthen their attacking options.
