Here are the latest Newcastle United transfer rumours.

Jarrod Bowen link

Newcastle United and Liverpool are reportedly monitoring Jarrod Bowen's West Ham contract situation, with the forward yet to sign a new deal with the club. Reports from east London suggest talks are moving 'slowly' and that has alerted other Premier League clubs.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been linked with a move should the Reds need to replace Mo Salah, who was the subject of interest from the Saudi Premier League in the summer, while Eddie Howe is said to be a fan of Bowen. Newcastle are set to come up against the 26-year-old this weekend when the Magpies face the Hammers at the London Stadium.

Bowen has been in form for David Moyes' side this term, scoring five goals in seven Premier League appearances. His current contract runs until 2025, so West Ham are under no pressure to sell.

Ivan Toney

Newcastle are one of the few top Premier League clubs who won't be in for Ivan Toney should he leave Brentford. The former Magpies striker is currently serving a ban for betting-related offences and will not return to action until January.

However, the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea have been linked with a move for the frontman, with Bees boss Thomas Frank almost accepting that he will leave Brentford at some stage. But reports suggest Newcastle won't be in the queue, with Eddie Howe and Co preferring other options if they boost their striker options.
