Reports coming from one on-loan Tottenham man's home country suggest that he could potentially be recalled and loaned to one of the biggest clubs in South America in the January window.

Although the youngster scored a hattrick in his only Copa del Rey game for the club, the caveat is that it came against San Tirso, who play in the sixth tier of Spanish football.
The centre-forward continues to get regular game time for the Catalan side, having started two-thirds of their league games so far, but it has now been suggested that he could join a different club on loan in January.

He said on Cuidemos el Futbol (as relayed by Soy del Millo) about the Argentine giants' transfer plans: "We have to look for Alejo Veliz, he has no minutes in Europe, at a very good age. And I know that he would like to play for River at some point."
Soy del Millo then goes on to suggest that the 21-year-old 'urgently needs a change of team' to get his career back on track.

They point out that the centre-forward is valued at EUR9m (PS7.4m), which might be too high for River Plate but the Argentine club could look to sign him on loan.

Besides, the Tottenham man cannot be solely blamed for his lack of goals as the newly promoted La Liga side are struggling to create chances.
They have only scored 11 goals in 12 league matches so far this season and are languishing third from bottom in the table.
