Gimenez has been one of the most prolific strikers across Europe since the start of the calendar year, with his goals being a key reason behind Feyenoord's historic Eredivisie triumph last season.
The 22-year-old has once again started the new season in fantastic form, having found the back of the net nine times in seven league games so far, and unsurprisingly, his performances have allegedly brought him to the notice of clubs across Europe.
90 min reported last week that scouts from Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea all travelled to the Netherlands to watch the centre-forward in action this season, adding that they had been impressed by his performances.

Gimenez appears to have his eye on Real Madrid Meanwhile, a couple of days ago, Fichajes stated that Real Madrid had also entered the race for the Mexican international's signature ahead of the January transfer window.
The report added that Los Blancos had identified Gimenez as one of their top targets to add firepower to their forward line but suggested that the La Liga giants had to move swiftly since the player was also wanted by the likes of Spurs.
Gimenez himself has now spoken about his desire to play at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The striker told journalist Elisa Lasso (as relayed by Fabrizio Romano): "I'd be delighted to play for Real Madrid. Of course. It's a super big club."

Not a lot of players can resist the lure of Real Madrid if they come calling. So, they would have the upper hand in the race for the 22-year-old but it remains to be seen if the La Liga side would be willing to pay the kind of fee that Feyenoord would demand for the striker.
