Both teams are interested in signing the French international on a bosman agreement. It has been reported that Liverpool is eyeing Mbappe as a potential replacement for their star player, Mohamed Salah. The former Monaco man is open to all options and would be willing to move to Anfield if given the opportunity.

Mbappe's current market value stands at PS156million (180 million euros), but it seems unlikely that any club will have to pay this fee as he is expected to depart from Paris SaintGermain without any transfer cost. In 2022, Mbappe himself revealed that he held talks with his mother's favorite club, which happens to be Liverpool. With Salah approaching 32 years old in June, Jurgen Klopp surely needs a worldclass player who can match his abilities making Kylian Mbappé an ideal candidate.
