Chelsea are certainly keen to get some more players off the books as we approach the final month of the summer transfer window.
It looks as if the club are targeting academy graduates as their best avenue for profit at the moment, with a number of players up for sale for the right price.
Atletico Madrid are reportedly close to agreeing a deal to sign Conor Gallagher from the Blues, with him having just a year left on his current contract.
Trevoh Chalobah was even left off the pre-season tour of the United States in an attempt to accelerate his departure from the club.
Another player who looks at this stage as if he has no future at Stamford Bridge is Armando Broja, following his rough loan spell across West London at Fulham last season.
He said: "A Premier team has made an offer of 27M for Armando Broja. Chelsea are open to selling the Albanian striker. Negotiations in progress."

It is fair to say that Broja has so far not lived up to the expectations put upon him. He was described as 'dangerous' when on loan with Southampton earlier in his career.
Chelsea linked to Victor Osimhen Reports in the last 24 hours have strongly linked the Blues again with a move for Victor Osimhen, however this time a loan deal is being spoken about.
It would likely be somewhat in exchange for Romelu Lukaku, with Antonio Conte leading Napoli's interest in him.
Nicolas Jackson is reportedly close to returning from injury to take part in pre-season, and he will be confident he can keep a place in the starting side after his strong first season in the Premier League.
Another player who will be hoping for a proper opportunity is Marc Guiu, who is so far one of the youngsters who has taken their chance to impress in pre-season so far for the Blues.
With these options in place for next season, there simply doesn't look a spot in the side for Broja for next season.
